Participation in the forum is by name, but you can change the participant until the event begins. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please let us know at kadri.allaste@ekspressmeedia.ee or by phone at 5770 3003.
If you report your non-participation up to 15 working days before, we will refund 100% of the cost. If you notify at least 10 business days in advance, we will refund 50% of the cost. In other cases, the amount paid will not be refunded.
